Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. Description of Service

GenSurgMockOrals.com is an AI-powered oral board simulation platform designed to help general surgery residents and fellows prepare for the American Board of Surgery (ABS) Certifying Examination. The Platform provides simulated clinical scenarios, practice questions, and performance feedback.

3. Educational Purpose Only — No Medical Advice

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND EXAM PREPARATION PURPOSES ONLY.

  • Does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
  • Does NOT replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or attending physician guidance
  • Does NOT guarantee passage of the ABS Certifying Examination or any other exam
  • Should NOT be used as a sole resource for clinical decision-making
  • May contain AI-generated content that, while reviewed for accuracy, could include errors or outdated information

You acknowledge that clinical medicine involves nuance and evolving evidence, and that no simulation platform can fully replicate the complexity of real patient care or the actual ABS examination.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment card details.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate clinical scenarios, questions, feedback, and other educational content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated clinical information, or errors
